This event will provide healthcare providers and staff with practical strategies to identify and address non-medical needs, conduct patient interviews with empathy, build strong community partnerships, and track referrals to ensure patients receive the support they need. Through expert insights and hands-on activities, attendees will gain actionable tools to improve whole-person care and enhance community collaboration.
